Max Power Reunion
What a venue! Huge space, huge cars, huge atmosphere. Everything supersized, just like the spoilers and bumpers on half the cars attending!
The Reunion Show was one not to miss for sure. You could hear the event before you saw it, with a large stage for the main DJ, but dotted all around the segregated areas you had all the audio cars showing off what they could handle.
Inside the main area they had the top cars of the event with two reveals later into the day. Obviously these cars were some of the best of the best with newcomers and Max Power originals like the snakeskin Saxo, a personal favourite of mine having a Saxo as my first car. The new one that caught my eye on the day was the Funky Dipz K11 Micra. What an example of the work they can do and probably the best looking K11 I’ve ever seen!
Out in the show ground you had multiple stands for merch and other car clubs dotted around. I spotted a good few Rat Bastard Crew members who we have worked with before, definitely not blending in with the surroundings!
Being a reunion show you had some people in fancy dress, bringing back that era of the cars and the people in the scene. Ali G attended and got mixed in with the crowds, bringing huge amounts of atmosphere - jumping on the stage with Fats and Milson for a set as well.
Show girls were obviously in attendance, posing on a few of the cars for pictures, the whole vibe was super Need for Speed and exactly what I needed from the day. Everything tied in as one and the whole event flowed very well!
